Platform is an art space that features collaborative, participatory art projects by and for UC Berkeley’s extended community. We have three programs: curated artist exhibitions (by invitation), open call proposals (see application), and space rental for student groups or special events. In addition to these programs, public practices courses are also taught at Platform.

The space is ran collaboratively by a curatorial board made up of Art Practice faculty and students. Platform hosts an internship program where students earn credit while gaining experience planning, curating, maintaining, and publicizing exhibitions and workshops. Interested students can apply for internships here.

For more information, including a calendar of events, a proposal application, and a mission statement, please visit the Platform website.
