Congratulations to the Fall 2022 Materials Quik-Grant Awardees!

Each semester Art Practice majors are invited to submit applications for a $200 grant, and we are pleased to be able to offset materials costs and help so many students in producing their work! For Fall 2022 we were able to award a total of 15 students (out of 29 applicants) this semester, supported by the Toombs endowment fund.

The jurors for this round were: Anamaya Farthing-Kohl (MFA'24), Al-An deSouza (Professor), and Ronald Rael (Chair and Professor). A total of 29 students applied and we were able to award 15 students with $3000 in monetary support, provided to us by the Toombs endowment fund.

In total, the Materials Quik-Grants have supported almost 75 undergraduate Art Practice majors since 2020. Applications for Spring 2023 will open again in January 2023.
