Programs and Courses: Graduate Program: Entrance Requirements
The Graduate Division, 309 Sproul Hall, is the official campus admitting agency. The requirements set forth by the Graduate Admissions Office and the Art Department are as follows:
- No GRE scores are required
- A degree from an accredited college or university, or a recognized equivalent
- Enough undergraduate training to do graduate work in chosen field of study
- Satisfactory scholarship average, usually a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Adequate proficiency in English to do graduate work
- Additional requirements for foreign students: TOEFL score (see Admission Requirements )
- Portfolio
